This depends on your problem. Generally, the best course of action is to talk to whomever you have the problem with. If your problem is with officiating, search out an official. Our volunteer Race Directors may be able to help you with other difficulties. Keep in mind, though, that the Officials and Directors have a lot on their minds.

 

 

That entirely depends on what's wrong with them. If your name or team name is misspelled, feel free to send an email letting us know the problem and it's easy to fix. If the error is in the result itself (i.e. your time or placing is incorrect) the issue is a little more difficult to resolve. It is your responsibility to get these fixed at the time of the race. Results from the first three stages become official at the beginning of the following day's race. Final results become official 15 minutes after they are posted on the side of City Hall following the race. These results tend to appear fairly quickly (15-30 minutes after the race ends), so if you want to make certain your results are correct stick around the finish and have them fixed then. We make attempts to correct any results not fixed during the official protest time only as a courtesy to the racers. You are free to ask for consideration if you feel your listed result is incorrect, but after the official protest time you may not be able to get them fixed.

 

 

It depends when we get them. At race sites, results are posted as soon as they're determined and printed. Sometimes it happens very quickly, sometimes it takes quite awhile. The announcers will mention when and where results are posted. Photocopies of these are generally what gets handed to the press that shows up at the race. Results get faxed or emailed to press shortly after the race, and copies of results are posted at the Best Western Royal Plaza around this same time. The men's and women's Pro/1/2 email results go out as soon as the results can be loaded onto computer and formatted correctly, with any luck half an hour to an hour after the finish of the last race, and the complete results follow shortly after that. Finally, usually no more than 15 minutes after that, results are posted on the website. Generally, stage and GC placing are all done first, and Sprint/KOM/QOM results are done at the very end. On occasion, there are problems getting results in the first place. Everything above only applies if we actually get the results in a timely manner. In cases where complete results are not available in a timely manner, we will make available a very unofficial list of the top 5 or 10 finishers in the stage and wait for further information. Everything is then updated as soon as possible. Keep in mind that all results are unofficial until one hour before the start of the next day's stage. If there are changes (as is very often the case), they are made on the website during the following stage's update, but are not sent out via email.

If you are looking for earlier years, the only information we have online is a list of the overall Men's and Women's winners, going back to 1960 for men and 1977 for women. During and just after the race, results can also be found at the race sites themselves, at the Best Western Royal Plaza , and in local newspapers.
